GENERAL DIET INFORMATION.......
 
Like you I have been given so much diet and nutritional information that I was at a point where I felt all the many programmes out there were giving me different advice.
I got to a point where I didn't know who or even what to believe any more and confused to what it was I was supposed to be doing.
After being under the guidance of a World proclaimed obesity specialist at a well known hospital in London. UK I became alarmingly aware that I was fighting for my life.
And the very answer to protect my health was simply to reduce my weight by a considerable amount.
The only trouble with this is that it turned out 
''NOT to be SIMPLE''
 
After one year with the specialist I was only successful in reducing my weight by one stone (14lbs) and I was very fearful for my very life at this stage!
I was told over and over ''You are what you eat!''

My response to this was -
With respect if I am what I eat, then WHY haven't I lost more weight as I've eaten what you have instructed me to eat!''
(As I threw my diet sheet back at the specialist)
 
I new I had to make drastic changes if I was going to survive and live a future.
